Rebecca joined the Dennis Associates Group team in 2003 as an employee, became a Partner in 2010, and purchased the firm in January 2020. As Principal, Rebecca leads the individual tax team and works with all of our estate and trust clients. Estate and trust tax preparation and accounting/probate work is her passion because she plays a vital role in guiding executors and trustees through the difficult process of estate and trust administration.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting in 2003 from James Madison University. Rebecca is a Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent, and a Registered Tax Return Preparer. She is also a member of the National Society of Accountants and the Accountants Society of Virginia.

Rebecca lives in Gainesville with her husband Matt and their daughter Madalyn. In her leisure time, Rebecca enjoys hiking, camping, volunteering, and reading. She is also involved with Scouting America and Girl Scouts of the Nation’s Capital, building tomorrow’s leaders by empowering our youth.
